Before you shop with us the first time, please read through our terms below.

General

If you are under the age of 18, you need signed confirmation from parent/legal
guardian to be able to place an order. Keep in mind that we can not guarantee
that the pictures found on the site will reflect the 100% accurate look of the
actual product.


Terms Of Delivery

International orders are shipped with the swedish postal service and are fully
insured.

All EU countries 2-5 days
Rest of the world 3-7 days


Stock

All products found on the site are currently in stock unless the product is listed
as "SOLD OUT". If so, it is currently out of stock, but will hopefully return in
stock within reasonable time. If you cannot see a product that was former available
on the site, it is out of stock. If the product would be back in stock, the item will
be available on the site again. NB! Due to several reasons Fico is making an reservation
for that the stock can be inaccurate. If this against all odds would happen, you will
get a cancellation email and an instant refund.


Shipping Rates

Sweden - 80SEK
All other countries - 200SEK(Approx.20Euro)

Please note that the shipping rates stated above are not inclusive of any import
fees that you could be charged with when the package reaches your destination
country.

We accept most credit card such as VISA, Eurocard, American Express and Master Card.
Credit card payment is made in collaboration with DIBS, Scandinavias largest company
for online payment solutions. All transactions are encypted and 100% secured.

If you have problems placing an order for any reason, please contact us by e-mail or
phone.


Exchange & Refunds

You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days after that you
have received your package. The product/products must be returned unused and in mint
condition. All tags and original packaging (shoebox etc.) must be included. NB! Exchange
and refund is not valid to underwear and jewellery.

At the occasion of exchange or refund, please contact us by mail or phone to recieve
information of what address the product/products shall be returned to. Also state if
you want us to reserve another size/product for you. After you have received the return
address from us, send the package together with a return form.

Pack the product/products in a bag or box. Do not send items back by putting an address
note directly on it. For example a shoe box. The product is in that case ruined and the
exchange or refund will therefore not be accepted. In case of exchange or refund neither
the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will not be repayed.

Only the cost for the purchased items will be refunded. The money transaction to your account
will be made as soon as possible after that we have recieved the returned package. It can be
as long as two weeks though. If you wish to make an exchange to another product, you will be
charged for the difference by credit card.

If the product is cheaper the difference will be put back into the account stated on the return
form as soon as possible. If you find that the product/products have been damaged during shipping
or that we have sent you the wrong product/size, contact us by e-mail or phone for further instructions
on how to make a complaint.

In the case of an accepted complaint, the original shipping will be repayed along with the price for
the purchased item/items. If you attach your shipping receipt, your return shipping will also be repayed.


Force Majeure

We shall not be liable to you for any delay in, or performance of, our obligations provided to you in
connection with this website arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control including,
but not restricted to, the following: Invasion, act of war, act of God, act of Government, Failure in
information technology or telecommunications, labour dispute, fire, flood, industrial action, explosion
of civil commotion.
